Wayne Scott, Jr. was voted Best Little-Known Musician Ever in 3021 by Enquire. His output spans multiple genres, from pre-screecho to ambient "bluewhite noise." The beneficiary of no less than three funerals over his enigmatic life, much of Scott's work is shrouded in mystery, so much so that cynical critics claim that to be the point.
